Terms and Conditions

1. All items are brand new and in excellent condition
   
   
2. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Besides, please do take note that prices shown do not include cost of shipping
   
   
3. Buying is at your own risk. Items sold are not exchangeable and not refundable for whatsoever reasons ( eg. color deviation comparing to computer display, comfortability, quality, thickness, measurement, etc. )
   
   
4. However, we will still consider request to change of sizes which is solely subject to availability. For this, the buyer will need to bear the cost of shipping :)
   
   
5. All measurements are taken with the item laid flat. Also, please do expect minor difference in measurement, say 2cm - 3cm as all the measurements are not 100% accurate
   
   
6. We will not be liable for any damages, loss or delayed caused during shipping of items
   
   
7. All orders are treated on a first come first serve basis. Kindly do not back-out or go missing after confirmation. If you are no longer interested, kindly inform us, we won’t bite  :)  Back-out buyers will be blacklisted and orders in the future will not be entertained
     
   
8. Kindly make payment within 48-hours after confirmation, failing which the item will be released to the next buyer in-line without any further notice. Item will be mailed out within three ( 3 ) working days after receiving payment
   
   
9. Reservation lasts up to maximum of 48 hours. Failure to make payment within 48 hours will lead to item being released to next buyer in-line without any further notice
   
   
10. In the event of multiple demands, item will be sold to buyer who can make payment first
    
    
11. Advance payments are required to restock item. We will try our level best to restock but it all depends on supplier's availability, no guarantee even though payment is being made prior to restock. Full refund will be made if the item is no longer available ( Restock item will be collected from supplier according to our schedule :)
    
    
12. No copying / stealing photos and information from this blog without informing us is allowed :)
    
    
13. Accessories paired with clothes are for display purposes only. It is not included in purchase unless stated
